Refund Policy

At Wildwood Photo Booth, we understand that plans can change. Below is our Refund & Cancellation Policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all bookings.

1. Deposits & Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of the event before setup begins.

  • If the final payment is not received within 10 days after the event date, a $200 late fee will apply.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Client Cancellations:

    • The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

    • If you cancel at least 7 days before your event, you may reschedule once at no additional charge, subject to availability.

    • If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the event, no refund or rescheduling option is available.

  • Company Cancellations:

    • In the rare event that Wildwood Photo Booth must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, staff emergency, extreme weather, etc.), the client will receive a full refund, including the deposit, or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Reschedules must be requested at least 7 days before the event date and are subject to availability.

  • The deposit will be transferred to the new date, but rescheduling does not guarantee availability.

  • If the new requested date is unavailable, the deposit remains non-refundable.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If the client or venue is unavailable or unprepared for setup upon arrival, no refund will be issued.

  • If the event is canceled or cut short on-site, no refund or partial refund will be provided.

5. Weather & Outdoor Events

  • The client is responsible for providing appropriate shelter for outdoor events to protect the booth from weather-related issues.

  • If the event is canceled due to weather and no backup indoor location is provided, the deposit remains non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Any refund disputes must be submitted in writing to hello@wildwoodphotobooth.com within 7 days of the event.

By booking with Wildwood Photo Booth, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
