Refund Policy

At Wildwood Photo Booth, we understand that plans can change. Below is our Refund & Cancellation Policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all bookings.
1. Deposits & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the event before setup begins.

If the final payment is not received within 10 days after the event date, a $200 late fee will apply.
2. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations:

The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

If you cancel at least 7 days before your event, you may reschedule once at no additional charge, subject to availability.

If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the event, no refund or rescheduling option is available.

Company Cancellations:

In the rare event that Wildwood Photo Booth must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, staff emergency, extreme weather, etc.), the client will receive a full refund, including the deposit, or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Reschedules must be requested at least 7 days before the event date and are subject to availability.

The deposit will be transferred to the new date, but rescheduling does not guarantee availability.

If the new requested date is unavailable, the deposit remains non-refundable.
4. No-Show Policy

If the client or venue is unavailable or unprepared for setup upon arrival, no refund will be issued.

If the event is canceled or cut short on-site, no refund or partial refund will be provided.
5. Weather & Outdoor Events

The client is responsible for providing appropriate shelter for outdoor events to protect the booth from weather-related issues.

If the event is canceled due to weather and no backup indoor location is provided, the deposit remains non-refundable.
6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Any refund disputes must be submitted in writing to hello@wildwoodphotobooth.com within 7 days of the event.
