These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the rental and use of Wildwood Photo Booth services. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the event before setup.

A $200 late fee will be applied if the final payment is delayed by more than 10 days.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Clients may reschedule at least one week before the event, subject to availability.
3. Setup & Takedown
-
We require up to 1 hour for setup and takedown.

A 10' x 10' space and access to power & Wi-Fi are required.

The client is responsible for securing venue approval for the booth setup.
4. Equipment Responsibility & Damages

The client is liable for any damages caused to the photo booth during the event.

A security deposit (amount TBD) may be required, refundable if no damage occurs.
5. Photo Rights & Usage
-
Guests may opt in or opt out of allowing Wildwood Photo Booth to use event photos for marketing & social media.
6. Travel & Additional Fees
-
We service Traverse City & up to 45 minutes away. Additional travel fees may apply beyond this radius.

Extra event time can be added at $100 per additional hour, payable at the end of the event.
7. Liability

Wildwood Photo Booth is not responsible for technical issues due to venue power outages, poor Wi-Fi, or unforeseen circumstances.

The client agrees to hold Wildwood Photo Booth harmless for any unforeseen interruptions.
By booking with Wildwood Photo Booth, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
